Save your time, money, and trouble... ordered chocolate on Feb 10th overnight was supposed to come in on the 12th. Get a notice it won't be in untill the 15th. Okay the stinks ,just give me my money back. No such luck,customer service said I have to wait untill it gets delivered, and I have to write a note for ups to return to sender. And when they get it back,they will refund. Read the reviews,horrible customer service,never again
Same as everyone, placed order 10 days ago and guarantee delivery before christmas eve. Keep asking for 2 days, no exactly reply, just saying there were still 2 more day.... Cant believe they can deliver on time and customer service are lack of information, BAD. It is a gift to a client, VERY DISAPPOINED. Will not purchase again.

Godiva makes delicious chocolate and I've been a loyal customer for decades. But, thanks to the pandemic, they realized they can sell purely by mail, and they've shut all their stores.
Now they only offer the shrink wrapped, factory sealed boxes, a pre-selected variety pack. Customers can't custom order the selections they like. My family are huge fans of Godiva dark chocolate mints and salted caramel truffles. But we can't buy just our favorites, we have to buy a variety box. At $2.50 per chocolate I'm not interested in spending a fortune to get pieces I want.
It's so sad. I'll never buy Godiva again. On the bright side, there are other superior high end chocolates that DO sell custom boxes. I suggest Ethel M.
I've been a fan of Godiva chocolate since I was a kid and they just don't make anything less than delicious. My experience online in the rewards club has been awesome because they do throw a lot of deals in your email if you want them, and the chocolate seems to always arrive in perfect condition so I believe them when it comes to there delivery policy, that it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold weather, you get your chocolate well packed and unaffected by the temperature. Well this has been my experience so far. I haven't had a lot of orders yet but I do believe this will always be the case because the quality of their chocolate has always had to live up to the highest standard and being online with delivery is a beautiful thing for a chocolate lover like me. Also an easy and excellent gift for pretty much anyone I know. LOL

I have tried 2 types of chocolates, both are tasty. Has milk and chocolate taste. Price is very reasonable.
I've been a Godiva lover for years and what I love most is you can send a gift almost anonymously! It's wonderful! Just put your first name and a little message and that's all the recipient will see.
AND... lets not forget the amazing product! The chocolate coffee, the hot cocoa and mhmmm their divine chocolates! What's not to love?!?
It's my go to when I want to send something special and yummy.
Godiva Chocolate is the best and excellent chocolate. The taste is yummy and delicious. Quality and Quantity is nice. Price is affordable. Great collection with wide variety. Happy customer. Recommended to friends.
Chocolates were ordered 3 weeks before Valentine's Day. I received an order confirmation. Chocolates were never received. I called Feb 15 & was told they have my order but they never shipped it and that they would over night it at no additional cost. I finally received the order 3 days later on Feb18. They offered no compensation for their screw up.
Placed order in December. Received a delivery date but no items sent to courier. Numerous phone calls but no pick up. Numerous messages sent via email- no response.No information from Godiva. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
Failed to deliver chocolates on time for Valentines despite guarantee to do so. No response from customer service other than to blame others. There are simply too many local options available that I will turn to in the future, and will recommend others to do the same. Their ludicrous prices and poor customer service should not be supported.
Appalling performance and customer service! Placed order 05/02 for next day delivery - still not been delivered (15/02) - contacted Customer Services twice - not interested. Have requested refund but no response so have put them on 7 days notice.
I will never buy their products again.

Godiva "hooks" in the purchase by guaranteeing a delivery date during the order process. Once the order has been placed, the delivery gets pushed back back to "unknown"...
"Customer service" reps unable/unwilling to commit to delivery date. Numerous phone calls...Ultimately requested a cancellation by phone. Verbal okay followed by the rep sending, instead, an order "confirmation".
Much confusion, customer service reps contradicting each other as to reason for delay...Finally received a cancellation confirmation after calling - again.
The circus is in town.
- Ordered box for 30/12 next day delivery. Didn't happen
- Then advised would be delivered 31/12
- Later on same day, delivery pushed back to 4/1
- Then delivered 2/1
You cannot contact them by phone, you are just told that Mr Banana is unavailable. No reply to email or Customer Service form submitted.
Can't say I've experienced much worse. Avoid
